In-house modelling and simulation in NONMEM and WinBUGs is a time-consuming and sometimes painstaking process.  Often the total model-building time is extended considerably by difficulties which do not have an obvious solution.  Worse still, considerable effort may be wasted on a model which contains a fatal flaw.  Access to an on-demand troubleshooting service can considerably increase the efficiency of a modelling effort and potentially enhance the quality of the final model.

Our trouble-shooting service provides an on-demand query-based service to resolve coding bugs, unexplained crashes, perplexing model behaviour and general problems that are stalling progress.  Once your troubleshooting contract is set-up, simply phone and/or email your problem to Wright Dose Ltd.  We will respond to every query within 24 hours, by email or phone according to your preference.  If we cannot immediately resolve your query, we will work with you until an adequate solution is found, if necessary testing models and code on our systems.

The Wright Dose Ltd troubleshooting service will provide you with on-demand expert support when you need it most.  This service can improve the  productivity of modellers, particularly when under time-pressure, and help reduce delays in model-building timelines.
